We collect only the data needed to operate a trusted professional network and use it for the specific account, safety, product, and legal purposes we communicate.
Keep data accurate and controllable
Members can update profile data and privacy controls. Data exports and account deletion, with a 21-day recovery window, are available in Settings in the Vizdea apps and on the web. Anyone who cannot sign in can ask by email; vizdea.com/account-deletion explains how and lists what is deleted and kept.
Secure the service
We use verified-email sign-up, password hashing, expiring sessions, request throttling, audit trails, error monitoring, and least-privilege service access. We review incidents and revoke access when necessary.
Review and accountability
We will review processors, retention periods, security controls, and this policy as the product changes. Concerns can be sent to info@vizdea.com.
